What is FCRA Registration?
FCRA regulates the acceptance and utilisation of foreign contribution in India. Organisations considering foreign contributions should first understand the applicable statutory route, eligibility and compliance obligations.
FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act) Registration enables eligible NGOs to legally receive foreign contributions from donors and Organisations outside India, subject to the requirements and conditions prescribed under the FCRA.
Why can this service matter?
Foreign contribution is regulated separately from ordinary domestic donations. FCRA should therefore be approached as a specialised compliance requirement rather than a routine NGO registration.
Who may need it?
Eligible organisations that need assistance understanding or applying under the applicable FCRA framework.
